Is it free to list a property?
Yes. Standard listings are free. Paid or featured listings are not part of the current service unless RentHub clearly introduces them later.
Does RentHub collect rent or viewing fees?
No. Donation checkout is separate from property listings. Treat any request presented as a RentHub listing fee with caution and contact support.
Why is my listing under review?
New submissions and significant edits return to review so location, pricing, images, authority declarations and public copy can be checked for platform standards.
What is the difference between Reviewed and Verified?
Reviewed means the submitted listing passed moderation checks. Verified is a separate, time-limited physical-verification record.
How do I report a problem?
Use Report Listing on the property page and include a clear reason. Evidence is handled privately and only shared where required for investigation, safety or law.
How do donations work?
Donations are processed in Ghana cedis through Paystack-hosted checkout. A donation does not improve listing rank, approval or verification.
