For property listers

1. Create and verify your lister account.
2. Submit complete property details, images and an authorisation declaration.
3. Respond to review feedback and renter enquiries.
4. Mark a property as rented or unavailable immediately, and renew only when it remains available.

Reviewed and Verified are different. Review checks the submitted information for publishing standards. Physical verification records a separate, time-limited site-check process and never removes the renter’s responsibility to conduct independent checks.
